Dr. Chris Straface graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While at Ithaca College, he was a co-captain of the Ithaca Men's Rugby team and member of the Exercise Science Club. He then went on to attend New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and an advanced certificate in sport science, human performance and Whole Foods nutrition. Dr. Straface is also certified in both Kinesio Taping (CKTP) and Active Release Technique (ART).

While at NYCC, as a member of the Sports Chiropractic Club, he traveled around New York State treating both collegiate and Olympic track and field athletes. Currently Dr. Straface works with athletes of all ages and people who are just looking to become healthy versions of themselves. Dr. Straface treats all of his patients as if they are family, and is truly dedicated to helping others achieve a better quality of life and enhancing their athletic performance.

During his free time Dr. Straface enjoys doing jiu jitsu and hiking with his family. Outside of the office he is constantly learning and finding ways to better help his patients. He is also the chiropractor for the White Plains Rugby Football Club and works with them closely on health and fitness. Dr. Straface and his wife Julie live in Carmel and have two children Jackson and Jordan.
